Our office is conveniently located off I-225 (6th Avenue exit) at the intersection of Potomac St. and 6th Avenue in the Aurora Medical Center, North. Our office is in the professional building attached to the hospital on the 3rd floor.

Exit 6th avenue off I-225. The office is found on the 3rd floor of the professional office building attached to the Aurora Medical Center North. It is located at the NW corner at the intersection of Potomac and 6th Avenue.

Practice is in the Expo Bldg. a 4 story red brick and black glass building located on the NW corner of Colorado Blvd and Exposition.

Located in the shopping center at the NE corner of Jordan and Lincoln Avenue.
